Mr Poutier has a highly accomplished three-decade career track of strategic and tactical leadership in the management of advanced technology aircraft and technical operations within the airline industry. He has proven expertise in negotiating Airframe and Engine Maintenance MRO agreements, sales/trade agreements, purchase agreements, aircraft lease agreements, and cultivating key vendor, customer and government regulatory relationships. Previous work experience includes Senior Vice President at International Lease Finance Corporation (“ILFC”) responsible for the Company’s global Technical Services Department which interfaced with airlines maintenance and engineering providers and regulatory authorities around the globe for aircraft and engine-related issues. ILFC was the world’s largest aircraft lessor by value, and primarily leased Boeing and Airbus aircraft to all major airlines worldwide.
Sam Wright is experienced in the administration of ASX listed companies, corporate governance and corporate finance. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.
Mr Wright is currently a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary of ASX listed company, PharmAust Limited. He is also Company Secretary for ASX listed companies, Buxton Resources Limited and Structural Monitoring Systems plc. Mr Wright has also filled the role of Director and Company Secretary with a number of unlisted companies.
Mr Wright is the Managing Director of Perth-based corporate advisory firm Straight Lines Consultancy, specialising in the provision of corporate services to public companies
Lydia Fee has been a Corporate Consultant for Structural Monitoring Systems for over five years. She is involved with a number of ASX listed clients, assisting them with administration, financial reporting, compliance, corporate governance and marketing.
Lydia previously held a position with boutique stockbroking firm, Mac Equity Partners, where she was responsible for administration, compliance and event management. Miss Fee also worked with Australasian Securities and Dealers Association where she facilitated broker and investor relations events. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, a Diploma in Business Legal Studies and has completed a Certificate in Governance Practice at the Governance Institute of Australia.

Trevor Lynch-Staunton P.Eng.
Project Manager Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing Corp
Mr. Lynch-Staunton is Project Manager for the SMS group at Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing, as well as Head of the Design Approval Organization at AEM. His long history of developing avionics provides the experience required to ensure that CVM technology takes off, both figuratively and literally.
Mr. Lynch-Staunton’s long list of technological achievements includes, design of the world’s best sounding and performing audio DAC and ADC, development of the first panel mounted APCO P25 Digital radios for aircraft use, design and testing of products for compliance of DO160, FCC, IC, and a number of military specifications. He has also worked in a photonics startup, customer support, and automated test engineering.
He holds a Professional Engineer designation and received his B.Eng. from the University of Victoria, and an Electronics Engineering Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr Lynch-Staunton has worked for Nortel in the photonics research group, for Scientific Atlanta in RF design, Norsat as an RF Design Engineer, Northern Airborne Technology as an RF Design Engineer, and then ESS Technology as an Analog Design Engineer, designing mixed signal CMOS.

Mr. Kroker is Senior Research Designer for Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing. His role is focused on research and development of current and future Structural Monitoring Systems technology. He started with SMS in 2005 where he was the a key designer of CVM and dCVM systems. He has over 30 years experience designing state of the art instrumentation and control systems for medical and industrial applications with numerous patents to his name. He has worked for the Canadian National Research Council Robotics and Automation Division, Symbol Technologies as well as numerous high tech start-ups where he has innovated both process and product. He has experience in the design and certification of electronic systems to European, Australian and North American standards in civilian, military and hazardous environments.
